Returns & Refunds

Chikan Weavers — Fair, simple, and artisan-first.

Returns & Exchanges: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible for Return

  • Product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
  • Damaged during transit or a wrong product was delivered.

Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • Custom-stitched or altered items.
  • Minor variations in embroidery, threadwork, or fabric texture (natural signs of authentic hand embroidery).
  • If products purchased on sale or under special festive offers (final sale).

Exchanges

If your size is available, we’ll be happy to exchange instead of refund.
Exchange product will be delivered in 3-5 business days.

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and received, refunds are credited within 5–7 business days.
  • Prepaid orders → refunded to the original payment method.
  • Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at 📧 [chikanweavers09@gmail.com or 📱 WhatsApp [7889237317] with your Order ID and product images.
  2. Our team will review and confirm if the return is eligible.
  3. Ship the product back to our return address (shared after approval).
  4. Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer (unless the product is defective/wrong).
