Chikan Weavers — Fair, simple, and artisan-first

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Unused, unwashed, original condition with tags
  • Custom-stitched/altered items not eligible
  • Natural variations in hand embroidery are part of the handcrafted character and are not considered defects.

Eligible for Return

  • Product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
  • Damaged during transit or a wrong product was delivered.

Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • Custom-stitched or altered items.
  • Minor variations in embroidery, threadwork, or fabric texture (natural signs of authentic hand embroidery).
  • Items clearly marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges

If your size is available, we’ll be happy to exchange instead of refund.
Once the return is received and approved, the exchange will be dispatched within 2–3 business days, subject to availability.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received, inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

    Prepaid orders → refunded to the original payment method.

  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.”

  •  Please note:Original shipping charges, if paid, are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect or damaged in transit.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at chikanweavers09@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 78892 37317 with your Order ID and reason for return.

    For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear product images.

  2. Our team will review your request and confirm return eligibility.
  3. Once approved, please ship the item to the return address provided by our team.
  4. Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer, except when an incorrect, defective, or damaged item was delivered.
