Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Eligible only if the product is:
Unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
Damaged during transit or if a wrong product has been delivered.
Products are not eligible for return/exchange if:
They are custom-stitched or altered.
Minor variations in embroidery, threadwork, or fabric texture occur (these are natural signs of authentic hand embroidery).
They are purchased on sale or under special festive offers (final sale).
👉 For exchanges: If your size is available, we will be happy to exchange instead of refund.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
Prepaid orders → refunded to the original payment method.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Our team will review and confirm if the return is eligible.
Ship the product back to our return address (shared after approval).
Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer (unless the product is defective/wrong).

Each Chikan Weavers piece is handmade, so slight irregularities are part of its charm and uniqueness.
Color variations may occur due to photography lighting or screen settings — these are not considered defects.
We recommend dry-cleaning delicate chikankari outfits to maintain their beauty.
